Upon purchasing you will be asked what your TradingView username, from there we will add you to the private CyAlgo V.1 script on TradingView. 

CyAlgo has a long list of use cases, we talk about many in our telegram channels. For the most part - it can be used to execute positive trades and exit with confidence, but the list continues.

CyAlgo works in all available markets, including Forex, Stocks, Commodities - anything supported on TradingView.

We try to add users immediately, but on busy days it will be no later than four hours.

You will receive a confirmation from TradingView once added.

CyAlgo works on all timeframes including seconds, minutes, hourly, daily and weekly charts.

Optimal settings are different for every asset, as well depends on your trading style. We are available 24/7 to help you choose the perfect settings.

Accuracy ranges with each time asset, on certain back tests we have seen up to 92% accuracy, on others it has gone down to 66% accuracy.

There is no Algo that can provide 100% accuracy, but on the majority of our trades we get very close.

CyAlgo is very beginner friendly - but trading in general is a confusing field from starting with zero knowledge.

We are here to help, with 24/7 support - the vast majority of our students see near immediate success.

No - trades are to be executed manually.

No - you do not need to upgrade TradingView, CyAlgo works with as it should on the basic plan of TradingView (free). You can sign up for free here.

No - our Algo does not repaint, unlike many others available.

Some say Heikin Ashi candles repaint - this is simply untrue.

A buy/ sell notification is shown at the close of a candle.

When setting notifications outside of the trades we give - make sure it is set to "Once per bar close".

We are a crypto focused trade group, and all cryptocurrencies show real time updates - but other assets such as futures you will need to pay an extra fee to view real time data.

But even then - it is not much of a delay.

We currently do not offer any free trial periods.

You are able to cancel any time by logging into the client portal on our website.

Once cancelled - you will still have access for the remaining time from the purchase.

We try to add users immediately - but on busy days please allow up to four hours to gain access.

We as well are based in PST - we are adding people from 7am to 10pm.

No! We will never change the pricing of our algo, if you paid $50/monthly, the price will stay the same until you cancel.
